America is suffering from whitism, a creed that rests on disabling lies.

Whitism engenders the belief that the world was made to serve whites. Therefore, coal mining and manufacturing jobs must be coming back because why should whites have to adjust to a changing world?

Whitism asserts that any adversity whites face is because others have stolen their jobs, made their world unsafe, taken their places in universities.

The lies espoused by whitism prevents white Americans from solving problems by relying on their imaginations to come up with innovative approaches to real problems.

Whitism prevents white Americans from sharing in the prosperity of their fellow Americans of color who have the same potential to tackle complex challenges like globalism, the climate crisis and covid-19.

The recent (white) opioid epidemic illustrates how refusing to face the truth kills the spirit and the soul of whites.

The marginalized have experienced its deadliness.
